Materials used in the plaza include a combination of small concrete stone-blocks similar to Portuguese paving cobblestones, grass and natural vegetation. White insulated glass, clear vision glass, and white concrete, with textured board form exposures, form the exterior of the buildings. Surfaces are covered with white plaster, according to the best surface criteria for video projection. A wood block floor softens the acoustics of the exhibition areas and allows for sub-floor wiring flexibilities.
